Try your county health department or health clinic.

Try a dental school.

Try a local dentist and ask about a low fee or sliding scale payment plan.

Every city or arwea usually has a dential clinic in which the dentist only pulls teeth at a discount rate. These are usually out of town in small rural areas where the rental or land is cheaper and they usually get people from all over several states around due to the low cost.
Fromn what people have tol dme(including dentist) if yuo have a large number or all of your teeth pulled you should wait at least 3 to six months before fitting dentures of partials or you will lose so much gums tissue you'll suffer trouble later.
Also you will not need to buy dentures or fittings at this time so you can save for them.I know people at work who had dentures put ion right after teeth removal and they all 100% say if they could repeat they would wait 6 months before fititng dentures or partials.
If there is any way you can repair your teeth you will be better off health wise, looks, and otherwise or so say people who have had it done.

UIC-college of dentistry- they have ER services and very good payment plans based on your income. Lawndale Christian Health center on Ogden in Chicago has a dental clinic. You can also go to the public health clinics in Chicago and call to find out which clinic offers dental services. Try Access Health Network, they have a dental clinic also. I f you don't have money all of these agencies can help especiallly Access Health Network and Lawndale Christians Health. Lastly you can go to John Stroger Hospital if you can wait for an appointment. Good Luck.
