Did my masters with Phoenix it was pretty tough, I don't like AIU they are extremely expensive. I am not sure about Strayer but I'm sure Kaplan would be great I didn't know that Kaplan had an online universtiy. I used them to study for my LSATS.

Take a look at Western Governor's University. I put their web link below. They are fully accredited with holding regionally accredited status for all of their BA and Masters programs, even with education. They are more reasonable in price than other online universities, such as U of Phoenix. Whatever you decide to do, be sure to go to a school that holds regional accreditation. Depending on what you want to do in your future (i.e. go to grad school, apply for a state teaching credential) that could affect you.

Check out www.davenport.edu - that's for Davenport University, where I attend. They offer on line and in seat degrees and are fully accredited with the North Central Association.

The advantage to Davenport (DU) over University of Phoenix (UOP) is that the degrees are not a canned degree. At U of P you are placed in a track with predetermined classes, and take classes in a particular sequence every 5 weeks.

In contrast, at DU you work with a counselor to select the degree that is best for you and then select courses that you will need to complete for your degree that are offered during each session (there are 2 sessions per semester). That means that you get to choose which classes you take each session. By taking 2 on line classes every 7 weeks, I get 4 classes per semester and maintain full-time status. But the drawback to on line classes is that you will be on line 5 out of 7 days per week in order to maintain discussion board requirements.

While most of our students are primarily in Michigan and Indiana, we're getting more and more students from all over the U.S., and even students from Canada!

Good luck to you in your decision!
