First of all, I am sorry for your loss. I had a miscarriage myself, so I know how anxious you feel to want to conceive again. However, there are no herbal supplements for fertility. In fact, you have to be very careful about any that you take when you are pregnant. The good thing is that since you have a 2 yr old and you recently conceived, then you most likely don't have any current medical issues interfering with conception. Therefore, you can probably conceive easily if you just time sex within your ovulation window. The best time to have sex is the 2 days prior to ovulation and the day of. I also miscarried when it was safe to try again, I got ovulation tests, started having sex everynight that it said I was pregnant and after sex put a pillow under my butt for about 1/2 hour. I got pregnant my first month. I promise the pillow thing works!! Oh and make sure he is on top so no chance of losing the baby making sperm. GOOD LUCK

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/dIYEd
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

Talk to your dotor and make sure you are on a prenatal vitamin
Ask your doctor if it is safe for you to exercise and do swimming, and yoga
Get regular massages
Get into a group with other women so you have a sense of community. A book club. You already have a son, so it could be something for mothers. Stress and fertility are linked so just do fun stuff like that.
As to herbs becareful with them because have compounds in them that are chemical. Early medications came from plants and some still do. Herbs are not harmless.

How about just doing some fun stuff, some low stress exercise, some massage, some group for support just something friendly like crafts or a book group. Something fun and not stressful for community with other women. Get on a prenatal vitamin approved by your MD. Keep eating healthy do not take any medications unless approved by your doctor. Do not drink or get exposed to anything bad. Think about if your husband is being exposed to anything bad at his workplace or if you are at yours. Chemicals??? Anything hazordous for either of you. Ask your doctor about something called Guaifenesin and if it is possible for you to use it.

I have heard that if you stop worrying about getting pregnant that it will happen. Also, is 5 months a healthy length of time after a miscarriage to try and conceive another? I don't know -- your doctor should able to tell you.

Watch your menstrual cycle -- about 2 to 3 weeks after you finish your period is when you ovulate. Good luck and have lots of fun!

Herbs that may be helpful
Agnus castus is occasionally used as an herbal treatment for infertility—particularly in cases with established luteal phase defect (shortened second half of the menstrual cycle) and high levels of the hormone, prolactin. In one trial, 48 women (ages 23 to 39) who were diagnosed with infertility took agnus castus once daily for three months.25 Seven women became pregnant during the trial, and 25 women experienced normalized progesterone levels—which may increase the chances for pregnancy. In another double-blind trial, significantly more infertile women became pregnant after taking a product whose main ingredient is agnus castus (the other ingredients were homoeopathic preparations) than did those who took a placebo.26 The amount used in this trial was 30 drops of fluid extract twice a day, for a total of 1.8 ml per day. This specific preparation is not available in the United States. Some doctors recommend taking 40 drops of a liquid extract of agnus castus each morning with water. Approximately 35–40 mg of encapsulated powdered agnus castus (one capsule taken in the morning) provides a similar amount. Agnus castus should be discontinued once a woman becomes pregnant.

Feel for you on this one, having sufferred two miscarriages myself in the past. I got pregnant very quickly after both and apparently this is quite a common experience as a miscarriage "clears" you out and makes you more receptive to receive a new embryo. I hope things work out for you, it seems as though you're doing all that you can.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.
