Who do you think Meredith will pick on Grey's? Derek or Finn?

I think there's going to be a love triangle for a while, and eventually, Izzy may possibly be involved. Maybe she and Finn will hook up, and then Mer will be jealous, and Der will be jealous because Mer has feelings for Finn. And what about Izzy and Mer continuing to be housemates?
What do you think of all that?

Two weeks ago, I totally would have said Derek, hands down. But now, it seems like McVet may actually have a chance. I'm not a huge McDreamy fan, with the way he treats Addison and Meredith (what was he thinking, not telling her about his WIFE!?) but I'm not a Finn fan, either. I say dump 'em both and get with Karev! But in the end, I think much of GA's plot revolves around MerDer, so she'll end up picking him. Just like Ross/Rachel, y'know?
