Only if you felt a lot of pressure and his hands clenched your shoulders a bit and you noticed a slightly deeper breathing and your neck got warm... and you noticed some fluid coming out of your bum that was white and a little sticky....
Then you defenitely should be worried.
Especially since he needs his hands to check your prostate :)

I don't know whether to laugh at your question or cry for you. But I think laughing is my best choice. There is no way this happened.
