No. The legends of the Bermuda Triangle are due to folklore and active imaginations associated with a rough area of the Atlantic Ocean (hurricanes, rough seas) near islands with superstitious cultural practices, like voodoo.

50 or more years ago, pilots did not have the navigational equipment available today and often flew by ded reckoning. Inexperienced pilots would try to stay close to land for a reference point. Some were perhaps a bit too sure of themselves and lost their bearing. Check out the links below for more traditional explanations of maritime and aviation accidents that "dimensional vortices."

Many books and movies make reference to the Bermuda triangle and is captivates the imaginations of many. Still, the mystical accounts belong to the genre of folklore. Unexpected tragedies occur in the Bermuda triangle but they occur everywhere else as well.

Hope this helps.

No. In all my years studying science I have never heard of a "dimensional vortex". I think the term was conjoured up by some "paranormal wannabe". In order to be science it must be provable by an experiment. When the mythical Bermuda Triangle has real evidence of existance then science won't turn a blind eye to it.

There is nothing supernatural about the Bermuda Triangle. The reason so many things happen there is that there is a gfreat deal of activity there. There are a lot of people in Florida and all of the islands in the Carribean. There are military basses, and shipping lanes. Think of all the pleasure boats in the area and all those boats that are visiting from other places. With all this activity it would be more surprising if strange or rather unexplaned things didn't happen.

We at the Consortium believe it is a Trans-dimensional vortex, and plan to have control of it(for evil personnel gain) sometime in the next 7 months.

the bermuda triangle is a result of methane gas.. lol
they did a documentary on it. underneathe the ocean floor air bubbles are created that are so powerful that they can tip over ships and rise to the atmosphere and mess up the radars on planes and goof them up. Sounds far fetched but it has been the best reason i have seen for the unexplained vanishing of ships and planes in that area.

It's a place where the weather can abruptly turn nasty which has a lot to do with missing planes and boats.
The dimensional vortex theory is good for the movies.
