TV Guide used to publish multiple issues for each part of the country. Since they went to the large format they dropped that. Now they only show the networks. You have to go online to get local programs.

I suspect that they print the magazine regionally, not city-specific.
So you get a general roundup of channels.

Might try tweeking your "MyYahoo!" account and add local stations for a list of upcoming shows.

because tv guide doesnt knolw who your cable provider is, and what extra channels you may subscribe to

well don't really know but i guess that whatever movie you want to know about then write it in search and see it then.
