There already is -- it's called Common Sense. A lot of people violate it all the time.

YES!!!!!!!!! There have been so many times I've almost been in a accident because some hose bag was putting on her face!
Course it should be against the law for men to be jacking off while driving too.

No. I say let the try and apply makeup normally after they've had all of the safety glass from the windshield removed from their mouth and face.
As a matter of fact...why not. I say take them to the nearest funeral home and let her watch as they apply makeup and constructive putty to the face of someone who kissed a dashboard doing the same thing. Or like the idiots who;
1. talk on the phone while driving.
2. read the paper while driving (what the hell is up with THAT? Looking for their obituary perhaps?)
Life is a great teacher...huh?

Damn right - mobile phones are covered so why shouldn't the existing laws cover make-up? In the UK it's called driving without due care and attention.

In the UK there is an offence called 'Driving without due care and attention', so she'd be breaking that one.
