Look at the WSJ.

Also keep in mind that even though England is part of Europe, they do not use the Euro. You will have to look up the exchange rate for the British Pound there.

Europe is very big with lots of currencies. It takes 1.85 dollars to a pound and 1.45 euros to a pound. But it is best to check with a
website like oanda.com to get a current exchange.
Warning it is much more expensive to travel in europe than in america. Budget 50-75% more than you would in america

Keep in mind that the rate you see in the Wall Street Journal and at online sites usually refers to the rate given for large transfers of money.
You will probably get different rates if you are exchanging less money.
The best way to get a good rate is to just use your ATM card at a foreign ATM rather than using an exchange service.

Look in the daily Wall Street Journal. The value changes daily and you would have to look at the Euro and each countries currancy. The is a section in the jopurnal called currancy exchange rates.
