I'd go with Smith. Stokely still isn't 100% and he's way down on the progression chart. Manning might throw 4 TDs but none to Stokely.

You should definitely start Stokley. Indianapolis is gonna put up points on the Titans like they're going out of style. There should be a lot to go around. Rod Smith isn't even that good and Baltimore's defense is one of the best in the league.

i think u should start stockley... but if he isnt 100% there not gonna risk starting him because without him or with him there gonna blow out the titans so theres really no point in rushing him back from injury
