It is 21 in Ohio. If you are with your parents/guardian and they order and are served the drink, they can give it to you. They must stay at the table or beside you as you drink it.

I remember when Ohio was 18 for low beer and 21 for high beer and liquor (showing my age here). Flordia at the time was 19 for everything!
