Yes, there are tons of exercises for arms. These are usually people's favorite weight lifting exercises, because people notice your arms right away if you have been doing weight lifting, and they are the least painful muscles to work out. To gain muscle, using freeweights works the best, as opposed to nautilus machines, which are better for defining. So, use dumbells and barbells. You must have a trainer to show you proper form or you will injure yourself, and you will absolutely not get results. At least the first day, get someone experienced or certified trainer to show you how to do it right.

Some people will never have big wrists and arms. It's just not their body type. Believe it or not your arm and wrists are getting a good workout if your chest is in shape. "Internal" muscles don't always show themselves and thats pefectly fine.

Find a dense rubber ball and squeeze it all day long in your spare time....even as you watch TV or whatever. It works to strengthen the area you are talking about. My father did the same thing when he had a degenerative disease that caused muscle loss and it worked to help that area.

You have a small bone structure, nothing you do will change that. Only way you can pump up your arms is to get really fat, and you don't want that.

look up specific exercises using heavy weight, you only increase mass by increasing weight. lighter weights tighten and tone but heavier weight increases muscle size.
