have any of you had a partner of the same sex who was bisexual who when you broke up, left you for a member of the opposite sex? if so, tell me how you felt. I would feel pretty bad and betrayed.

It's happened to me before. It's just one of those things you know? Her leaving would have hurt just as much as if she went to a woman, and man or anyone else. Unlike some bi's I know I have the capacity to love both sexes, not just have sex with one and marry the other. I'm not saying you do either. But, it doesn't really change the abandonment you feel when someone leaves. But those are my thoughts on it!

I am a bisexual and want to know how come you would be more hurt if a bisexual went to a member of the opposite sex after you broke up instead of just dumping you for another guy? Don't make sense to me.

Well I'm bi and when I left my long time boyfriend of 3 years about 4 years ago I started dating women more so than men and eventually settled down with a woman. Actually my ex boyfriend is happy for me, I didn't leave him for someone else we broke up. He actually likes the idea of me sleeping with a woman instead of a man, it some how helps his male ego and feels as though no man could take his place thats why I have a girlfriend now...NOT!
