yeah you retain water. I think 2-3 pounds but everyones different

Yes it is normal to retain water weight when you are ovulating. It usually starts to leave your body when the egg hasn't been fertilized and your period begins. You hold that weight to protect your organs in case you DO get pregnant. It's your body's way of protecting itself.

You can usually gain around 3-5 lbs.

It's normal to retain water and be bloated during your period....this may make you feel/look like you've gained weight.

Youre not really gaining weight, its mostly just water and once youre off your period it goes away. Usually between 5-10 pounds can be gained.

I do. I get very bloated and usually gain about 5 pounds.

yea you gain weight when on Period ... it mostly water I alway lose it after my period is over ... I gain 3-5 pds !

yes sometimes you should expect your stomach to swell but dont be worried

i always do, its just from being bloated, sometimes i get up to 10lbs
