Apples and oranges. You are mixing a measure of distance with a measure of time. If you travel at 80 kilometers an hour, then you will have traveled 80 kilometers in one hour.
Okay, since you rephrased:
There are 1000 meters in a kilometer. If you go 30 meters per second, then in 10 seconds you would have gone 300 meters, in 30 seconds 900 meters. In 33 seconds 990 meters. In 33.3 seconds, 1000 meters. Approximately 2 km per minute.

kilometers is a measure of distance . . .hour is a measure of time
That's like asking how many miles are in an hour.
There are no miles in an hour, but a vehicle can be travelling a certain number of miles per hour.
The other way you could look at the question is that the circumference of the earth is around 40,075 km, which you could divide by 24 to say that at the equator, the distance between an hour is 1670 km.

There are no kilometers in an hour. Kilometer is a measure of distance (also equals 1000 meters or about 0.6 of a mile).
An hour is a measure of time.
Speed is where this comes from. If your speed is 60 kilometers per hour, you travel 60 kilometers in one hour, or 30 kilometers in a half hour etc.

Sweetheart, a kilometer is a distance, similar to a mile. It's not a time that would go into an hour. Maybe your problem is to translate miles per hour into kilometers per hour. Look on internet for Rand-McNally, the people who make maps. That should give you some guidance.

OK , 30 meters per second is 1,800 meters in a minute which is 108,000 meters in an hour (30 x 60 sec x 60 min)
Divided by 1,000 (because 1,000 meters = 1 kilometer)
Equals 108 kilometers/hour

Kilometers measures distance, hour measures time (as a lot of people have already said)
If you are looking for the standard measurement or whatever, it could be 60 km/h....
