ok this quest. is silly and so that makes me pretty stupid,but in a html box were is the <head>,<body>?

I sorry but I was just wondering were when im trying to put somefin in a html box and there saying put it in the of the box. ok so were is that and were do i put it at the top in the middle where?? plz help me

The head is where your meta tags are:

Your Website Title

The head of your document is between the opening and closing head tags.
