what are these? they are like deposits or something...?

i have these things on my scrotum. im not sure what they are...they can be popped like zits, but why would i have zits on my scrotum. is this normal?

might just be zits or ingrown hairs or something ..........yeah you can get zits on youre scrotum.....................if theres alot of them could be something worse though.

Probably in grown hairs. Maybe zits,,,,,it is possible.
