this is embarrassing, but i have a red rash with red bumps on my private area. ladies what should i do???? i put some neosporin on it and it cooled the burning, then it got worse. my doctor is my cousin and i don't want her to know about this... i am scared...

It could be any number of things, from the benign (allergic reaction to laundry soap or razor burn) to the serious (herpes, for example) so you must go and get it checked out. If you absolutely cannot go to your regular doctor, there should be a women's clinic like Planned Parenthood in your city.

See a different doctor or a free clinic. And be more careful in the future! But get it looked at by a professional.... your prior experience with the Neosprin indicates that something over the counter is not going to help.

There is a possibility that is a form of "Jock Itch". Basically a fungus. Try some anti-fungal powder and see if it clears up. If not, I'd go to see another doctor. Having your cousin as your doctor isn't a good idea if you can't confide in her/him.

Have you shaved? Could it be razor burn. Maybe you have a std go to the doctor.. If he is your cousin try another doc or a free clinic. Or try urgent care

Keep it clean, dry, and don't wear any tight clothing for a while, if it doesn't get better in a couple days, go to the doctor.

Go to a doctor! Sounds like it needs a prescription. It doesn't sound like a yeast infection...i'm not sure what it could be.

Could be a in grown hair ... Try hot compress and keep it dry for a few days ... hope this helps !

use a diaper rash ointment sounds like a rash from heat and moisture.......and make sure your panties are cotton for a while......silk can cause rashes because they dont breathe.
