Depends on your style... I am skinny but I have a nice body with curves. I also have really long legs which makes shopping for pants a pain in the butt!
The best clothes for any girl will accentuate the fine points and draw away from the short comings. If you have no boobs do not wear low cut shirts. Here is a secret though that will save you from envying those overdeveloped girls at your school, wear padded bras. They will make your shirts look cuter. JC Penney has a really good selection.
If your legs are really long like mine, to keep from looking awkward, wear long jeans, theyre hard to find, but very flattering. By the time you get my age, 25, you will realize that something like good men, a good pair of jeans are hard to find :)
Tight is out. & for skinny girls like us, it was never really a good idea. Too tight pants will make you look even skinnier, unless you have thighs & butt. Black also makes you seem thinner, so wear white. Unfortunately if you have stick legs :) pants are better than skirts & shorts. Capris are really cute though, esp. for long legs.
Im not a big fan of any kind of stripes but they say horizontal stripes will make you seem wider. Patterns can be good too.
Dont go too baggy, it will make you look like you are drowning in your clothes.
If you are trying to hide the skinnyness, wear sleeves. Personally I think you may as well embrace it. Its not a good idea to subconciously hide your legs or arms, or you will always have doubts about your body.

Honestly no matter what you wear, ppl are going to notice youre skinny :) I got teased and teased and teased about every part of my body for years in school. Now I see that I actually have a nice body & now I like being skinny.

Something with ruffles or layers in the areas where there would normally curves. A padded bra, jeans that the pockets are lower tend to appear more curvy, You need some kind to mask the "board look." Or you could just except it and wear a shirt that says, "don't feed the models" like Adriane from America's next top model, who married a "Bradey" and also appeared on the Surreal life.

Try BCBG, Parasucho Jeans fit perfect. Get a great tailor who will make your oversized skirts and jeans fit perfectly. Most upscale designers cater to smaller frames. If you don't have the cash try marshalls, tj max they have irregular clothes that may be a size 0 but really is a -0.
