First he told me that I can work out the time that was on my resignation, but then today he told me not to come back to work and to come back only to pick up my paycheck.

In that case, thats good news for you....for the week he isnt paying you, you are eligable for unemployment...make sure you file for it, that will pisss him off good! screw these bosses...they want everything and are willing to give nothing. screw em any way you can.

Since you are resigning, it should hold little meaning to you. If you were TOLD to work another week...good for him because he needs to replace you, good for you...money, that's another story. Did you give him a 3 week notice? That is the proper way to do these things, common curtesy and good work ethics.
If this does not affect your health insurance or any other benefits connected with the job, why would you care? ( I am assuming you left on good terms.....ie,you didn't throw your resignation in his face or storm out. If you did something of this nature, that is a different story....could easily affect your next job, as well as your sense of honor.)

Assuming you have a bad courting: -prepare asserting "i'm offering 2 weeks word." -Say that as you supply your letter of resignation - the letter could make sparkling what could be your final day. - walk out of the room after handing on your boss.

Could be two reasons.
1) He wants to get some information on your job. or
2) He likes you and he may consider giving you a rise if you join him again.

If he's paying you for the resignation period, then consider it a paid vacation!

He doesn't trust you maybe? He might already have a replacement lined up? Stop worrying and move on, he has.

Try asking him, really.

Depends on what you do. Did he say he is still going to pay you through that time or no?
