in case you have an itch and no person is there to scratch it - then do you fairly have an itch? Ha, ha - circulate to Walgreens and get a back scratcher. they are created from timber and function a wood hand on the top, virtually any decrease cost keep sells them. they are like a bath accessory.

Get a fork or something that you can reach the itch with and have a good scratch.

I hate that. That reminds me, I have this obese lady who lives up stairs to me. I'm talking 5"3 about 350pounds...She used a fork the other day to reach her back LOL.. It worked for her. I'll have to try it sometime. You can always have someone else do it for you

Scratch your foot all over. If reflexology works, all your nerve endings in your foot relate to another part of your body. If you scratch all your foot, you're bound to find the bit that relates to your back!

I would ask someone else to scratch it, but if not i would go lean against the door and rub against it.
