Yes, The Practice is better! I acctually like William Shatner, but I can't stand James Spader!!!

I am sure The Practice was a good show. Boston Legal is a David E. Kelley creation, and his shows always live on the edge and are quirky. Shatner is so good on that show, Spader is arrogant and fun to watch, and the 2 newcomers are ascerbic and seem to fit right in

The Practice was MUCH better. It dealt with real issues and even though there were some arguments/disagreements, they really cared about each other. They pitched in to help each other. Bobby dated both Helen and Lindsey, but nobody had a blow-up doll or sexually harassed their colleagues or clients -- until David Spader joined the cast!

i've never seen boston legal, but i loved "the practice". i don't like how boston legal is now a comedy and i'm not a fan of william shatner.
