My husband and I have been trying to concieve for 17 months now with no luck. We both have been tested..i have no cyst, hormones are perfect, and I have been pregnant(by my husband before, our daughter is 19 months) My husband has had his sperm checked and he's normal. I'm not wanting to use Clomid because of the side effects. Anyone know anything else that would help us concieve? Also yes we can afford another child! All rude answers will be reported

first off clomid is only used if you are not ovulating... If you are having a period every month then you are ovulating. Clomid help a woman to have a period every month. I know what you are going through as well.. i have asked all kinds of question. I have a 10 yr old daughter so i can have kids. plus, i got rechecked and things and i am healthy. Hang in there... God will bless us soon with another baby.. I am too actively trying and getting disappointed each month...I have not lost my faith though...that is what is keeping me trying every month. When God feels the time is right he will Bless us again! GOOD LUCK!

It would really depend on what was causing the problem. If you are anovulatory you could try ovulex or vitex. Just try to get your timing lined up and don't concentrate so hard on it. It's alot easier to get pregnant if you are relaxed and just allow it to happen.
