no they are nasty - i dont use them unless it is ABSOLUTE necessary but i squat. i dont touch any part of the toilet. the toilet paper is so cheap that you have to use the whole roll.

I think the toilet paper in public restrooms is just a low grade emery cloth. You could turn a car crankshaft .010 with a roll of it.
Only use them in emergency.

I don't like it, and I don't like public restrooms, because they stink, the toilet seat is almost always warm, and there's ALWAYS pee on the seat.
