Personally, I don't want to be worshipped. I believe we're all the same: I like the whole "I'm no better than you, you're no better than me" mentality. It really depends on what each woman wants though.
I don't care for sensitive, sentimental types because I'm not that sort of person myself, and I would rather hae someone on the same "page" as I am. That doesn't neccesarily mean I want a manly tough person, though. There's more that 2 types of guys in the world, and different women are attracted to different types.

There's nothing wrong with a loving compassionate guy who will worship me. As long as he is willing to let me have my space every once in awhile.

That's not me! I don't want that. I would love the loving, compassionate guy...
But I don't like it when a guy allows me to walk all over him. You have to be willing to tame me a bit! :)

I could never handle being with someone who scared me. Only being attracted to the "bad boy" type is, to me, a sign of extreme immaturity.

Um, had a worshipper once. Took a crowbar to get him off me. You can truly love someone and treat her well without groveling at her feet. It's suffocating and annoying.
