Hi I oreded a new D600 Samsung phone from Carphone Warehouse about 1/2 a hour ago and i filled in all the forms and things. I got to the confirmation page where it says your phone has been orded and my transaction number but at the bottom of teh page it says your order and its got s little sign next to it sayin "Out Of Stock X" but they have taken my money! Ive been on the phone holiding for one hour to speak to someone but its to expensive to hold anymore because its costing me 50p per a minute!!! Please help! what does it mean? am i getting my phone? what should i do????

Man...It should be a free phone number to call. free numbers must start with 8888 or 800. Just try to check with the company online or by phone.

I don't know anything about Carphone Warehouse, but I wouldn't freak out about this until the phone doesn't come in. If they accepted the order, they most likely are expecting the phones to be in stock soon. The Out of Stock sign may have been in error as well. You never know, but I assume you used a major credit card for the order. If so, you have recourse through your credit card company if the Carphone Warehouse doesn't come through on the order.

well they always goin to take ur money ..its really up to them ...to refund u right away to me they will send it as soon as they get more cell phones in stock ..dont worry u didnt loose ur money

write a letter to them!!! if not sue them if u dont get ur phone!!
