Elmer gets no respect. and as a result he will either act out or seclude himself. it can go either way but both ways are bad news.
Ciaran is a stud. very creative
Moses comes from a religious family. Probably never did anything crazy in his entire life. But he is adorable, but too nice to get a lot of girls.
Declan is a loser in school. An active member of the Student Council in his school. Very political and very unattractive. But a nice person. Will wind up working for the government.
Daniel is average. Nothing unique, you can pretty much predict what he is going to do say or think before he does it.

Moses and Elmer are a bit heavy for a child to carry, tho I suppose they might grow into them. Elmer always makes me think of Elmer Fudd. You could always spell it Hjalmar.

Declan's ok, the rest are pretty odd. Kid would get hassled at school with names like that!

Daniel - great name.
Declan - um, is ok, they tend to be slightly deliquent at school.
Moses - awful. Wouldn't give it to a dog.
Ciaran - OK name, but hate the spelling, is rather effeminate.
Elmer - are you kidding? To give that to a kid would be child abuse.

Tho all of them are very old names

If you name a kid Elmer, he will get called Elmer Fudd for his entire life. Don't do it!
