jog or whatever to keep active and you won't lose much. also, you'll gain what you do lose back faster if you stay active for now.

You lose muscle everyday you do not work out. But it is slow in the start and increases with time. Don't worry too much. If you have been working out regularly, your muscles develop a memory and they respond again immediately. They know what to do to bulk up. You will feel a little weak when you go back to take it slow at first and increase your weights each week. If you are gone for three weeks it will take three weeks to get back to where you were physically. I worked out for many years and took time off now and then. I read everything I can on heath. Rest is best for now.
