Go out and turn on your headlights for about 10 minutes. If the battery won't start the car, it needs replaced.
As an alternative, have it load tested by someone who is an honest dealer. Watch the test and have it explained to you.

When your power windows start to creep going up, the lights get dim or your car just stops running! You hazard lights don't work when your battery is dead.....Found out the hard way.

when it wont turn the motor over . but first check the water level of the battery and then check the pos. & the Neg. poles for excessive corosion or loosness.

You can have it tested, but those tests aren't very reliable. I had my tested when I had my tires changed. Test said it was good. Because, at the time, it was. Next day, seriously, it died. I told them that they just tested it and that's when the shop decided to tell me that the tests aren't accurate.

When its 5-years old. When its dead and your vehicle wont start.
or get it load tested at a repair shop. Take your pick those are your choices.
