i believe they sell "international" dvd players online which will play any region dvd on it. i've heard that you can also fix it so your dvd player so it will do that, but if you do, then it's out of warranty. if you also play dvds on your computer, you can also change the default region on your computer. go to my computer and right click on the dvd-drive. the downside is you only get 4 "chances" to change the region number and after the 4th you're stuck with that region.

There are dvd players that are set up for multi region codes but they are expensive, better to have one for each seperate area
