Any ideas on what I should do for my bestfriend's birthday?

My bestfriend is turning 29 years old, in January and I've been trying to think of something special and really nice, something he wouldn't expect for his birthday.

Got any ideas on what I should do??? Any suggestions and comments would be greatly appreciated.
