I go to court tpmorrow i need to prove why i need to stay home to take care of my mother well i have been to d

three times they gave me a sorry note i need letter with the write letter head this is her doctor that seen her in hospitial i need help on what to do help not much time.I gave lawyer 5000 dollars they need that letter what do i do

you call the hospital she was in and ask for medical records, ask them to tell you the name of the doctor that treated her and then ask for his contact information. Call him and ask him to write your letter for you.

Is your mom an invalid, mentally or physically? If so, that is a good reason.
