$67,000 * 0.045 = $3,015

Take the amount the home sold for and multiply by 4.5%

67000*0.045 = 3015

He made $3,015

(thats a cheap house!) or agents make like $12,000 per sale!

percent is any number out of 100.
so 4.5 over 100 = x over 67,000.
cross multiply:100x = 4.5 * 67,000
this works for all percentages and you can figure out your test scores in percent with the same formula. good luck
