I only have one bit of advice to give you. Do this under your doctor's supervision.
Too many men and women have either killed themselves, or given themselves serious medical problems while trying to get that sexier body.
Be careful, and use common sense...

OK, this is very important: Devise a routine that you will stick with and not abandon. Nothing is more important than staying with the exercise program.
Look, you have three months 'til the end of the year. If you take daily walks (even several times a day) and use free weights on a regular basis, you will lose the flab, have more muscle definition on your arms and legs, and your waist line will emerge.
These are affordable things you can do on your own. No-one can do it for you -- not even if you had a personal trainer standing over you. The motivation has to be your own; otherwise, it will not work, and you will fail.
Please give serious, realistic thought to what is possible, affordable, feasible. If you set unrealistic goals, you will become discouraged and abandon the plan.
Good luck, m'dear. You sound like you really want to do something positive, and that counts for a lot.

you should do some cardio exercises (jogging, swimming, walking, cycling, etc...) Make sure that your pulse doesn't exceed 65% of your maximum pulse rate (which is measured by subtracting your age from 210). Otherwise the exercise will strengthen your heart instead of burning fat. You should do the exercises at least for 30 minutes and 4 times/week. Furthermore you may consider to reduce your red-meat in your diet.

Do cardio 3x per week and do strength training at least 2x per week. Building muscle will help you to burn more calories. There is a great class called 'Body Pump' that is taught in a lot of gyms - you could see if anyone teaches it in your area.

Everyone advise sounds great. Everything except of course jogging.
Jogging DESTROY"S your knees, I know too many people in there older years that jogged to stay fit, and now have trouble walking, bending over, sitting down etc...All from jogging.

losing weight quickly is not that hard to do. stay away from starchy foods like pasta, potatos, and bread. only eat fruit in the morning and eat them by themselves. if u have fruit, then only eat fruit. oh.. and cut out diary completely. no milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, etc. i know tv tries to convince us yogurt is healthy, but diary is pretty bad for our systems and it makes it harder to lose weight. (japanese ppl dont eat any dairy in their diet and most of them are thin) a low fat diet is important, so try not to eat too many oils, meats, dairy (which i said already), and nuts either. raw vegetables are great for you! i cant stress that enough! i know eating differently is hard to do especially when we are so used to eating a certain way, but i promise results will show in a few weeks and the momentum you will have will keep you going. just read labels when buying food, and avoid perservatives and mutli ingredient foods.
as for working out, cardio is your best bet. running, stair master, and biking are the best exercises. pay attention to heart rates and dont forget to breathe. a lot of ppl think if they are out of breathe that means they are working hard, thats not true. there are 2 types of work outs: aeorbic, and anaerobic. to lose weight and remain healthy, go for aerobic exercises. that means less intensity, at a longer pace. breathing is very important. its the oxygen that enters your blood stream that actually causes you to lose weight instead of just burn your blood sugar levels. if you are having troubles breathing, it means you are working out at a very high intensity (anaerobic) and you should slow down a bit until your breathing becomes stable again. anaerobic excercise actually depletes your sugar levels in your blood and tires you out quickly and DOESN'T help burn fat. so stay away from speed running, weights, and extrenious excercises. try to work out everyday! it takes 21 days to create a habbit, so if you can exercise everyday for 21 days, you will be hooked! exercise is natures anti-depressant! you will have loads more energy and you will feel great!
you should have a lots of small meals throughout the day. starving yourself will only cause you to gain weight in the long run. this is not a diet you are going on, it must be a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. diets do not work! eat before working out (something carbish, for energy) and eat something afterwards as well. something like tuna, fresh veggies, or eggs (preferably egg whites) are a good choice. if overeating is a problem you have like most north americans, then only make small portion sizes of food, and when you are done your meal and still feel hungry, wait 15 minutes and i gaurentee you will not be hungry anymore. its takes 15 minutes for our brains to know we are full! food is fuel, so dont over fill. plus, there is so much food around, when you get hungry again... eat a little bit more.
and my last bit of advice! DRINK ONLY WATER!!!!! i find green tea with NOTHING in it helps a lot too. i make a large jug of it and use 1 tea bag and let it soak up for a while. no point in putting extra calories in your body when u can refuel your liquid supply with water or tea. if you are a big coffee drinker, the tea will help with the caffeine fix you need, but it will still take some adjustment. if your body acts up to the changes you are making, it just means your body is trying to clense itself! diet drinks are a load of crap too, aspertame is so bad for our bodies. yes... diet soda may be only one calorie, BUT our body still believes that we are intaking sugar and still releases the same amount of insulin (as regular soda) to break down the sugars in our body (thus leading to fat storage) PLUS adding horrible chemicals to our body that they are currently linking alzhiemers and other diseases to. if u have to drink soda, just drink regular soda. its not good for you, but its better than the diet stuff.
anyways, good luck! i hope this was of some help. i know you wanted just workout tips, but with proper eating habbits and exercise, you will have ever better results! i hope you reach your goals!
ps. always warm up before every exercise!! stretch and walk! it will avoid your body from becoming toxic thus leading to an anaerobic exercise!
