you;ll have to go somewhere and ask the sales person. you will end up buying a slightly darker makeup than most peolple to fit your tanned skin. I also am tanned, i use revlon skin lights, as well as loreal true match in sun beige i think but really you need to test these on your own skin. try and get one that doesnt cover your natural glow too much. (like skin lights) but if you have problem skin this won't cover up acne or anything as good so go for something heavier.
use deeper blushes, like deep berries, not pinks. you really can still get away with any eye shadows but darker ones are much nicer, or a light pearl white to compliment and contrast with your skin. too pinky will look fake and weird on your skin. dark will look more natural and compliment the tan better. black or dark brown eye liner is nicest, and very black mascara

For brown eyes, plum & royal blue eyeshadows look magnificant. For eyeliner, black. For mascara, either brownish black or just black.

If you want to cover up your pimples, use a concealer & a BIT of powder foundation. Don't overdo it and make yourself look like a cake face though.

Blend Cover Girl Smoothers concealer (only about $6 in Drugstores, Walmart) onto your pimples, and smooth Cover Girl Simply Powder Foundation (only about $6 at Drugstores & Walmart, and is non-acnegenic, hypoallergenic and won't clog pores) onto your face, and voila! You're all set.

Deal with your pimples first - any make up you apply can make it worse. You can use an OTC medication and light sunscreen/moisturiser over it.

Don't use a heavy foundation. Instead opt for an oil-free foundation (Maybelline Wonder Finish or Finish Matte) that will give you a matte appearance with medium coverage.

If you want to use blush, go for a powder instead of cream, at least until your acne clears up. A tawny or medium rose blush would work.

Apply a light and medium eyeshadow in brown/copper/mauve/purple shades and use a black eyeliner and mascara for your eyes.

For lips, stick to rose/medium brick and wine shades.

for your acne I would recommend St. Ives Apricot Scrub for acne prone skin and a light moisturizer such as Oil of Olay...you can get this stuff at Walmart for really cheap...and works great, trust me it is better than proactiv! You can use foundation, Covergirl trublend foundation works great to cover up blemishes, just make sure you use a foundation makeup brush to blend properly instead of those crummy makeup sponges.

It depends on what you want your eyes to be seen as like: Bigger, Gentle, or just to nicely standout or ornate. try a light blue shadow on the whole lid and then try patting on some green to give a nice layered effect, I used it a few week's ago and it looked great.

For eyeshadow use gold, bronze, or warm green. For mascara and eyeliner use black. For blush use terracotta, peach, or bronze. Try stila push up color in nude flush or Mac Powder blush in Gingerly For gloss use warm colored glosses. Try Clinique Impossibly Glossy in Cream Soda. or Mac Lipgloss in Oh baby.
