Now, research your target country carefully, both for their regulations concerning foreign workers, and for details on their economy, especially in the areas where your education, skills and experience would be most useful. It may be necessary to visit the country as a tourist first, to do this research effectively.
In the alternative, if you can afford it, enter as a student and spend some time polishing your skills, working part-time while a student, and really get to know the marketplace where you want to live. You will generally make more informed choices, especially in a large and diverse country like the US.
