I can do lots of things in 6 inch heels.
It does take some practice, make sure you have a strudy handrail, table or chair to hold on to. Just stand for a bit for your legs & feet to get used to the change in muscle position. Then try taking a few steps while holding on. Try to sit down on a few different chairs, bending over, stuff like that. Take it slow because if you slip or trip, it's a long fall down and you might end up really hurting yourself.

I have a pair of 10 inch heels. Naw just kidding. I had a pair of 5-6 inch heels for prom last year, and I could barely walk because there was no strap for the back. If there was a back I would have been able to walk but it was really hard to without one. I'm pretty well balanced with heels. I can walk in them as long as they have a back or strap.

5" heels take practice. You need to work up gradually from a lower height. If you feel uncomfortable on a 4" heel, then you will never master the extra inch

I can run around with 6" heels!!!!!!! I am a total tom boy and never wear crap like that, but when i do it is like, not a difference from boots at alll to me.

5 inch heels mess up your back. Use them only to suduce.

maybe not 5'', I'm tall already. But, I'd practice with 3'' ones. I could do that.

I can not put on them both!! I fell four occasions in ten mins one time! I imply, I was once slightly even jogging! It was once on the tuition dance too...I ended up commencing my sneakers... :]
