yes you can. Go to options in the yahoo mail. In that go to message filters and create a filter that from ... address to which folder. Save it and U are done

well there is away Definately in Yahoo.
You open your account.
Top right corner -> Options.
Filters -> Add -> you can select in the "From Header " box
-> "then..." choose folder to go messages into.
Thats it
you're done.

You can do that using Outlook I know for sure and probably Thunderbird.
