Febrile = Feverish
Pyrexia = Fever

Therefore - pyrexia is a febrile condition

TO BE febrile is to have a high temperature. Pyrexia is a medical term for a high temperature. So no difference really.

Febrile is like the adjective: A febrile disease for instance.
Pyrexia is just the medical term for fever.

nothing - they are one and the same thing - different countries use different terms.
