Portugal is a western European country. It borders on the left part of Spain and for the rest of the country of Portugal it is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. You have many parts of Portugal. Number one is the main land the continent of Portugal in continental Europe. Secondly, there are the wonderful islands of Azores located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Thirdly, is the colorful island of Madeira off the western coast of Africa (Morocco).
