My friend and I think the same ghost keeps following her where ever she moves to, is this possible?

You don't mention if your friend thinks it is a friendly spirit or a less friendly one. I think we all have guardian angels - usually relatives who have lived before us and check in from time to time to make sure we are doing okay. I also believe that there are bad spirits who try to sneak in and influence people whenever possible as well - and they may indeed "follow" people for days, weeks, months, or even years, and if that is the case, your friend might want to read more scriptures and put a picture of Jesus Christ on the wall. Just my opinion! Thanks for asking this question. I was just looking for questions on this subject due to the time of the year.

Oh yeah it can. It's a spirit. It can do whatever it wants. If it is still on this earth and not left the mortal world, this usually means that it's business isn't finished from the mortal life that it pursued. Maybe you and your friend are just being paranoid by something that you have read or are afraid of or you just have a weird feeling. But yes it is possible for spirits/ ghosts to roam the mortal realm if they have unfinished business to attend to.

yes absolutely. Will not harm just a nuissance. Tell the "ghost" that it is gone and death and needs to go for the light. Tell him or her to g home .

I dont think so.I feel its just imagination.dont worry it may be true BUT Dont think about it drg your mind somewhere else
