If it's the same as the k750i you press "*" then the right hand key should be "lock keys". I'm upgrading to that phone soon so if it's much different I'll be asking the same question

You can lock them in 2 ways:

Manuallly, press the * key and the selection key above the (c) key.

Automatically, whenever you unlock the keypad after few seconds it will lock automatically.

To make it locks automatically go to the settings>general>security>automatic keylock

well my way is if you press and hold star it will then lock ok then press star and the top right menu it will unlock ok mitchell
