my son has tendinitis he gets it in his ankles its just swelling of the tendons the only thing other then not doing the activities that cause it is ice packs and anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen

it is an inflmation of the tendons. the cure for it is easy just lift light weights on a 4 count 4 up and 4 down. that will really help i have tendonitis in both knees and my left sholder and after doing 3 sets like this and it will feel good for a year or so before i hae to really consetrate on trying to fix it again. good luck
