When playing chess every time I try to see other players profile, it sends me to a site with several numbers instead name(site address), but it doesn't open, what could it be wrong?

I just tryed and i can see profiles.left dbl click on names.right click is what i think you are doing. Here are 2 things you might want to do also to avoid future problems.chess uses up virtual memory fast causing you to freeze up.can increase your memory by..going to start button,settings, control panel,system, advance tab,performance,advance tab,virtual memory,change,make it 526KB or higher,click apply then OK.
UPDATED Info! If you can’t get lounge page to open do this! Click on My PC ,disk drive C, open windows folder,next open Downloaded programs file. click game you want to play to high lite it.delete it.Now go back to game,it will prompt you to download a demo,do so and page will open! Your old download is stale since yahoo's new up grades.
