What kind of jeep? I have a Cherokee and I bought a relatively inexpensive 4.5" lift kit and it came with everything. Most do. Just make sure you get new shocks too.

If you are going to do it, do it right the first time. I'm on my second lift kit because I took the cheap way first. I also ended up bending the front axle because the shocks couldn't handle the abuse.

when you say BASIC and CHEEP that's what you get don't expect it to handle or take corners very well my experience on suspension lifts is to get a quality brand name lift with all parts ie. shocks, brake lines, drop pitmanarm etc. save yourself headaches and unneeded expenses plus a safe ride
