The moon is actually a reflector and as light isn't green but white it reflects as white!

The moon does not contain any liquid water on its surface (that we know of). This lack of water means that vegetation cannot flourish. Lack of vegetation means lack of the color green.

By the way, earth looks like a pale blue dot from space.

because the surface of the moon is covered in dust... it does not have an atmosphere and there is no water that we know of that exists on the moon so no vegitation can grow on the moon

the moon is white and it reflects the sun light that it is white, there is no air or humidity in moon.
If you think, the sunshine is yellow and sky is blue shold makes green, that it is absolutely wrong.
