We listen to music(sounds) as much as we listen to colours. Even a 3-4 year old recognises a colour while one has to learn and be good to 'recognise' a note. Is it because everyone's voice pitch is not the same? for eg.. black is the same for everyone where as my C may be your E when you sing? Is it the pitch difference that makes it complex?

WE START CHILDREN VERY EARLY IN LIFE LEARNING COLORS.

PERHAPS IF WE WOULD START TEACHING THEM THE MUSICAL NOTES AS EARLY AS THE COLORS, THEY WOULD RECOGNIZE THEM AS QUICKLY ALSO.
