Considering I bought 2 Harley's at 45, jumped out of a plane at 46...I feel pretty good. My mind does get across the room a lot quicker than my body, but that's okay.

Like Iv been thru sooooo much in life that I just want the rest of it to go well & be relaxing & unstressful.I still feel young tho,,active,,open minded,,changing with the times.Can still do anything but now am a little achy now & then,,lol.

I feel that my body is not as willing to recover from things, like a big meal, a late night, a tough workout etc. as it used to be. Mentally though I feel like a TRILLION bucks. I won't be pushed down, I know who I am and what I stand for. I also know what I won't take from whom. I am confidant beyond my imagination. I wish I knew what I know now, when I was in my 20's.

Male....63....Feel GREAT!!!!!! Sex drive is excellent!!!!! No problems!!!!!! My brain is 45 but my body is 63. Sometimes poses a problem. :) Excercise everyday,,walk 5 miles and do exercises in the pool for 20 minutes!!!! Have a Harley in the garage!!!!Bring it on!!!!!!

I feel great I am 50 and I move a liitle bite slower but right now that is the only thing. WOW !!!!

I don't mind being over 40........i know i'm alot wiser. The only thing i miss is not being able to do the things i did when i was 20????? But i tell ya,,,,,,,,i've lived life to the FULLEST and now i don't mind chilling................................

it's great, just keep active. make sure you're keeping your heart strong. Go out and pick up a hobby that involves other people.
