i heard there going to show 6 new episodes,then take a 13 week break and insert some new show that nbc will try to pimp to us. doesnt that suck ? i wonder if they will lose viewers by people getting hooked on other shows ? kinda pisses me off, does it you ?

It's kind of a long break, but I'm actually ok with it. I was watching the DVD extra that was showing how long it takes to actually shoot, dub, and edit an episode, and it takes a really long time and a lot of work. I would rather them take the break in the middle of the season to produce quality episodes than to keep churning 'em out and to have the quality suffer.
I think true LOST fans will stick with the show even though the break's going to be tough to handle. The show certainly does have an addictive quality to it. ;)

Yes, Lost is hard enough to keep track of without skipping weeks. I hate how the television stations play with programming anymore. Used to be a season would consist of 13 episodes, a break during the holidays, then sweeps and 13 more episodes.

Yeah, it stinks! And I read that the season priemier of LOST had 20 minutes cut from it because it was too long. Hey, you'd think they could put it together with maybe 20 minutes they cut from another episode and make a whole new episode, but I guess they have to save that stuff for the extras when we buy the box set next year, right?

it does suck...they messed up every season so far, having a new show here and a rerun the next time. hard to keep up with the schedules. i love lost though. hope its a good season.

They did something like that last year too with lost and invasion. they kept on showing reruns of shows we already saw and didn't know when they were gonna show new ones does anyone know when invasion is gonna come back on??

i think its ridiculous-we wait all summer to see new episodes and then the air 6 new ones--just when we get hooked on the storyline they cut us off!!
