I used to soil myself on a weekly basis whilst watching Dr Who as a kid. That said it was cool that Blake disappeared from the programme halfway through, only to reappear at the end as a Federation Agent (man... I did NOT see that coming). I also used to fancy the blonde doctor out of Space 1999. I was never overly big on Star Trek though I do think that Shatner is a God.
So, in conclusion - Dr Who, Tom Baker, Leela the chick in the leather bikini and the Zygons (they used to freak me right out.)

I am a HUGE Doctor Who fan. I have seen these other shows but I don't think they are anywhere near as good as Doctor Who.

My favourite characters and baddies include:
- The Doctor (no prizes for guessing that one)
- The Brigadier
- Davros
- The Cybermen
- The Master
- Sarah Jane
- Jamie
- Jo Grant
- Romana
- Ace
- Peri
- Autons
- Daleks
- Sontarans
- and so many more

I am having a Doctor Who birthday party on saturday (26 but not acting it!). Interestingly I love some baddies and plots I saw as a kid even though intellectually I can see that these include some weaker episodes and concepts, but I guess nostalgia is a good thing in some cases.

I even wear a 12 foot scarf to the shops... I know I'm sad but... well that's just me!

Also Doctor Who is still going as well as ever - roll on Christmas day and a new episode!

Blakes 7, Servaland, she was the baddie but sexy with it.

Star Trek TNG, Diana Troy & Dr Crusher.

Dr Who, the assistant to Tom Baker (Lara Ward?)

Space 1999, I thought it was just rubbish

UFO, Most of it was rubbish but I liked the Angels

Dan Dare (cartoon series), Professor Peabody.

I also liked the Jetsons

And a very long time ago: My Favourite Marsian.

Mork and Mindy

I like the new Dr. Who, although my hubby has the old ones on tape and wants me to watch them. I like Rose and the previous Doctor - they were a better couple, more sparks, just better together

Space 1999 - I loved the futuristic British show! I wasn't too keen on that Maia though. The music was good, they might not have had the technology of today but the effects/aliens were decent. I liked the shape of their space ships!

The original Star Trek - I hated it as a kid because my brother always had to watch it and I thought it was boring. Later on in life in reruns, it was a pretty good show, a little camp, but entertaining.
Again, the effects were decent. I like it best when they were under attack and everyone had to pretend they were shifting back and forth!

Enjoyed the old doctor who series - used to hide behind the sofa when the potato men were on

Blake's 7 was very good for its time - weird ending though, as if they ran out of money eh!!

space 1999 - Mia always new what alien to change into

Star trek is good - apart from deep space nine - what a bag of shite that series was

Blake's 7 - no contest. You had the cool ray guns, The Liberator spaceship, we all wanted to be as cool as Avon & you had the kinky Servalan as the evil leader. The stories were brillant & all that space stuff was magic. The makers even had the good sense to kill 'em off when they ran out of ideas. Blake reappearing at the end was a brilliant twist! 4 brill years - enough said!

Star Trek all the way. I like the others too but Star Trek is far superior in its story telling and characters.
